Good ByE suMmer...

school has started..

which means Summer is officially over! :(

I have very much so enjoyed doing absolutely nothing!

Now.... I feel exhausted, more so than  ever!

Everyone told me going from almost 5th graders to just graduated kindergartners would be a tad bit difficult...

I thought, "ahh, I can do it!" 

...Well I can, but I'm about to fall on my face by the time the bell rings at 3:05!

We even go out a little early so the little ones don't get flustered when trying to find their parents,

but I am about to fall over by the time 2:55 comes around!

Everyone says the first grade is the most rewarding,

at the beginning of the year they can't do anything!

{Seriously, I had no clue...

I gave the spelling pre-test and grading it was just a dream! 

Math is even worse...}

But at the end of the year, they can all of the sudden read and write and spell and count like it's magic!

Can't wait 'til then! 

I'm really not that pessimistic,

and there have been times that I've thought

"I like first grade" 

Maybe by the end of the year, I will love it!

As for now...Dan and I did some fun things during the Summer, lots of concerts and fun times!!

This week, we had a Family Home Evening out on the town!

I took the TRAX to downtown and met Dan down there and we saw the new Joseph Smith movie.

Which by the way, is really good! I highly recommend it! 

Look how cute m y hubby is! :)

It was a fun little date! 

We tried to get the temple in the background and seriously struggled...

but then realized that we have about a billion temple pictures and we don't really need another one!

oh and BTW...I love my little MacBook, SOOO happy it's back! :)
