A series of fortunate events

I am still waiting on those Christmas pictures from the family! But meanwhile, there have been some other exciting events take place, that definitely deserve mention!


FIRST...my little sister Rachel is now officially engaged to Steven McKee!! :) They will be married on April 9, 2011 in the Idaho Falls Temple! (exactly 6 months after we got married!) They are a cute couple and definitely two of a kind! We are happy for them! (sorry that's the only picture I have!)

THEN...one of my very best friends, was married in the Salt Lake Temple! Brittany looked beautiful!!! Her and Tyler are SO happy and so in love!



Dally Doo came to Salt Lake with the Highland Choir and sang in the Assembly Hall!I got there just in time to see him perform!! He is such a stud!! The kid is a nationally ranked runner, singer, guitarist, a cutie, and hilarious! I love my little bro!!

As most of you know, I teach 4th grade in West Jordan. We had a little Christmas party and made some gingerbread houses! We also did this art project where they drew the grinch...they turned out awesome!!!

 

It was a family event for some...

 all in all...a good party! :)

After Christmas and it's festives...comes NEW YEARS!!! Our first New Years as a married couple! :) This year we had a little party at Dan's sister Julie's house!

We thought we were really cool for thinking this one up...

Then of course, after New Years, comes the 2nd day of the year...which happens to be my brithday!!

My 24th...to be exact!!!...I'm getting old! :/

Then Sunday (my actual birthday) Dan got up and made me my FAVORITE dinner...

POT ROAST!!!!...and it was AMAZING!!! his first time too!!

I just had to put this picture on because I thought it was so cute that Dan wrapped my present, and then tried curling the ribbon!!! That front one's my favorite! ;)

He spoiled me rotten, and treated me like a princess!!! I really didn't deserve it!!! I'm so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life!!! And there you have it...the last few months in a nut shell!! We're still in love and lovin' life! :)
