This Summer (yeah, I'm THAT far behind on blogging) I got a little bit bored, with nothing to do and no school to go to, so I decided to try out some of my crafting abilities.
I was a little apprehensive. Most of the time, when I make things, they don't turn out. Or when I try new ideas, they turn out to be dumb. But these Summer ideas, were actually pretty cute, and turned out quite nicely!
I'm so proud!
This was my first project.
I bought a dollar frame, painted it orange, antiqued it brown...
then hot glued wire onto the back and hang my earrings on it!
I wish I would have gotten a bigger frame, cuz my earrings are on top of each other, but it's cute still!
Here's my 2nd attempt at being creative!
It's a fruit basket, but it looks ridiculous in my kitchen since it's so tall and our kitchen was so small!
So...I stuck it in the bathroom and it holds all my hair products, perfumes, etc!
It actually looks way cute, and this was one idea, that didn't turn out so dumb! :)
