Our little baby boy is 2 months old!! In my mind he looks, and acts completely different than when he was a newborn. He's already growing up WAY too fast!
I had to go back to work this week, when he was only 9 weeks old, and it total broke my heart to leave him for 8 hours. It might get better, it might not. But right now I am counting down the 27 days left of school! :)
Austin most certainly is developing his own little personality. He is getting more and more alert and responsive every day. He's got so many cute little quirks, and I LOVE to just stare at him, and watch him grown.

At 2 months, Austin:
- is starting to smile and coo, especially after he eats
- He makes good eye contact now and will just stare into your eyes for the longest time-I love it!

-has really awesome blond chick fuzz hair, I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's REALLY in
-has eyes the size of marbles
-is an AWESOME sleeper. He sleeps from 10 pm-6 am. BUT prefers to sleep in his swing. We've been big softies over here, but now we mean business! It's crib or bust!
-absolutely LOVES his swing and car seat.
-is the BEST traveler. He didn't make one peep driving from Salt Lake to Pocatello.
-Still throws up A TON. We've had him on Zantac, got him zoned, gave him VSL digestive vitamins for 2 weeks, gave him magnesium drops...nothing seems to help! Suggestions are welcome..
-is in the 30% for weight, and only 25% for height! But 70% in head size. The kid has a huge head!
-loves his baths, and is starting to get really excited when he splashes around and makes a mess everywhere.
-pees every single time he gets into the bath
-weighs 11 lbs. 8 oz.
-has two birth marks (a curse from my family unfortunately) He has one HUGE one on his right inner thigh and one kind of red one on his elbow.
-loves to sit up and look around
-has an extremely strong neck...its impressive, but HATES tummy time.
He is the best little baby! That first month was a ROUGH one! We thought for sure he was colicky..maybe he was and maybe we are just tremendously blessed that now he only cries when he is overly tired or hungry. He also has a "fake" cry he likes to pull when he feels like he is being ignored. Other than that, he is perfect! Dan and I always say how we can't remember what it was like to NOT have Austin in our lives, nor would we want to! He is a blast, and fills our home with so much love!
